The Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara is the perfect choice for an authentic safari experience. Tucked away in a grove on the banks of the Ntiakitiak River, the tented camp effortlessly blends in with the landscape, while at the same time providing the modern comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. The Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara is situated in the Olare Motorogi Conservancy. The conservancy, which is home to many animals, spans over 35.000 acres of prime grassland, riverine forests and acacia woodlands and is inhabited by a number of different Lion Prides, Cheetahs and a family of Leopards.

Each tent within the conservancy has 700 acres of grassland to itself – making it the only area in the Masai Mara with so much private space per tent.

The tented camp comprises of five twin and seven double occupancy tents, the honeymoon suite is 100 sq meters and has its very own plunge pool. After a game drive of a life time with your loved one, return to the camp having seen the sun set over the Mara plains, thereafter relax in the cooling waters of the plunge pool as you gaze at the Resident Hippos in our Hippo Pool and sip champagne, a picture perfect moment.The tents are built on a luxurious wooden base, an ideal spot for reading your favorite novel and drifting into fantasy land. The tents are furnished with comfortable beds, a lounge area with wide sofas and rugs. All tents have ensuite bathrooms, which are equipped with a hair dryer and a range of toiletries which include bath salts for you to soak in the bath tub after an early morning game drive or the evening game drive.

Sitting on a shady raised platform facing the river, each of the eleven luxury tents covers approximately 80 sq m and is furnished in the classic style of the grand African safaris, with large four poster beds and reproduction furniture, offset by modern amenities. The tranquility and comfort of the tents at Olare Mara Kempinski Mara is an experience in itself. Guests are able to soak in bath salts in the privacy of their vey own bath tub in their ensuite bathroom. Hairdryers and the electronic safe are also found within the private bathroom. You can eat at the poolside with its accompanying bar; the private deck area with its views over the beautiful Mara Plains and all its wildlife; facing the camp lawns or alternatively under canvas. Swimming Pool
At the Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara the swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off after a full day of exploring, one of the many ways to relax on your safari experience. There’s nothing better than the cooling waters of our swimming pool for winding down from a long day in the African sun. Its location in charming bush land surroundings means the pool also benefits from some natural entertainment, provided gratis by the local birds and monkeys. Rest, relax and cool down by the poolside, the perfect way to end the day on your safari adventure.

Massage Treatments
You can relax and rejuvenate whilst on Safari with a special massage treatment in the comfort of your own tent. A selection of the massage treatments on offer includes Swedish, Classic, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy. Treat your senses to a heavenly escape, where else in the world can you indulge to a relaxing massage whilst hearing the chitter chatter of the birds and watching the animals in the backdrop. Day Game Drives
Guests staying at Olare Mara Kempinski Masai Mara are able to enjoy two game drives on each day of stay. Game Drives are in 4*4 Land Cruisers with knowledgeable safari guides who have a minimum of Bronze Level KSPGA qualification. Game Drives take you into the conservancy area. From the comfort of your Land Cruiser you can enjoy the breath taking scenery which comprises of the sky in the distance, endless grassland, herds of animals, wild cats, unique bird species nestling in the acacia tree and other exciting surprises for the moment. The fresh air whilst on safari is purely a heavenly treat. The two game drives per day are included in the package.
